I live in florida while i go to school. I am a resident. i have a joint custody arrangement for my 9 month old son. i will be done with school in the next two years. will i be able to go back to massachusetts? Do i have to leave my son. what evidence is needed to prove my son's father is unfit? his family is here. how hard is it going to be to move?

It can be difficult to move without the other parent's consent.

To prove a parent completely unfit you would need compelling evidence. That means you need A LOT.
