    Default high school drop-out

    in florida my child will turn 18 in dec of 09 but may not graduate from high school (ever) do I still pay support even after he turns 18 is no longer attending school?

    child supporticon stops at 18 if the child will not graduate high school before the age of 19. If the payment is through the State Disbursement Unit you must get a court order.
