    Default Temporarily signing over Child Custody

    I am in jail at the moment and my son was abandon by his mother at my parents house. How do i temporarily sign over my rights to my parents while im in jail and who do i send it to?

    You may need an attorney for this one. There is a special statute designed for this purpose called "Temporary Custody by Extended Family"
