Have a protective order keeping my husband away from myself and his stepkids. 2 days after the protective order was put in place he filed for divorce. We have been married 7 years . During this time he was highly abusive. Baker acted once. He was diagnosed with severe bi-polar,multiple personality disorder,adhd,schitzophrenic. About 9 months ago i broke my back had surgery, he was not included in the lawsuit, how do i keep him from attacking my proceeds from my suit when filing a counter petition to dissolution for marriage?
