Default Traveling Abroad during Uninterrupted Summer block of time

    Hi,
I was raised in Portugal and my whole family is still there. I have been in the US for 23 years, 20 of those years I have been with the US Navy. I have children 11 and 9 years old and while married my wife never let me take them to visit my family in Portugal. We are in the process of going through a divorce and she keeps saying that she will not allow me to take them to Portugal and that she wants it on the divorce documents. We are filling for joint custody. What options do I have?

I don't see why the judgeicon would not allow you to take them to Portugal for visits with your family. Gather lots of information about your family and where they live - including lots of pictures. This info will be important at your final hearing (trial).
