    Default trying to be smart

    married in florida less than a year, shes moves back to il, changes her mailing address enrolls her child from a previous marriage into school there. we own no property together , and have no children
    1.) does she still have rights to my dwelling in florida(my residence prior to marriage, shes not on the lease however has a few belongings here)
    2.) is she entitled to anything that i owned prior to the marriage ie my vehicle that is titled in my name, or cd,s with my bank
    3.) she recently incurred some medical bills could those fall on me in anyway,she had insurance through her company however there is some dispute over the amount covered and not covered

    She has rights until you are divorced.

    No - but again, this is not entirely true until you are divorced.

    Probably not.
