    What is required to appeal a msa?

    It is very difficult to set aside an MSA and Final Judgment. One way is to prove there was an "unfair agreement" and also that the other party did not give full disclosure of assets.

    There may be some chance of modifying the alimony. But if you wait for the 6 month alimony term to expire - this will become more difficult.

    Both of these are uphill tasks. That is not to say it is impossible.
