My husband works as a mechanic and his paychecks are never the same. His monthly income can vary as much as $1000 a month depending on business and hours. How is this dealt with when deciding child supportif he is the non-custodial parent?
I have tried many child supportcalculators online and get such a wide range of amounts--from $400-$750 per month (always using the same financial information). Can you recommend one that you feel is most accurate?
I currently pay my mother $100 a week for day care, but she does not claim in on her taxes. Can I still use that in the calculation of necessary child support without getting her in trouble?
If my husband has recently open a number of credit cards and loan accounts without my consent or knowledge (my name is not on any of them--biggest reason for serperating), can I be held liable to pay them if he does not?

I have been married for nearly 5 years. The house was purchased soley by me 6 weeks prior to the wedding. The reason he was not put on the mortgage and deed at that time was that his credit was too poor and we were denied loans due to it. About 15 months ago we refinanced the house and his name was included on the mortgage, but the deed was not updated. At this time the house is worth less than half of what we owe (a lot due to adding funds in the neighborhood of $5000 on the refinance to pay off some of his debts incurred for buying tools for work). What rights does he have to the house upon divorce?

You can - but it may result in an argument in court.

If they were used during the marriage, for marital purposes - you may be liable for half.

His year to date income would be used to calculate his average monthly income.

You mean what rights to a house that is completely upside down? I doubt he will be interested in potential rights.
