Child Support set at $43.00 a month how can that be?

My daughter went to court last week. Now her child support has been reduced to $43.00 a MONTH from $36.25 a week. The father has her 2 nights a week from 6:30 pm to 7:15am and every other weekend from Fri. 6:30 pm to Sun 8:00 pm. My daughter does not work and is with the baby who is 15 months old all of the time she is not with the father. The father works 40+ hours a week and makes $400.00 + a week. I have never heard of any father only paying a little more than $10.00 a week for their child. Can this amount be right?
