    Default taking a minor out of country

    Hi, Could someone tell me if the authorization paper to take a minor out of the country expires? My husband signed one and then his ex claimed that it expired and she needed another one. They never brought him another one to sign but, they left the country. Thanks

    There is no expiration. Once the child has a passporticon - a parent can take the child abroad at will.
