    Unhappy Civil Unions

I had a civil union last year in Vermont with my partner at the time. Neither of us have ever lived in Vermont. We have recently separated amicably and want to dissolve the union. Is this possible? I read online that Vermont won't let you do this and you have to refer it to your home state.

If it is possible, how easy is it and what's the costs affiliated with it?

    Mike.

Very interesting question. Most likely - Florida will grant a divorce. But this one is on the cutting edge and would require custom research.
