Back child support
If the biological father signs adoption papers on his child, for step father to adopt and the mother agrees to wave all back child support, is it possible for the child support to go away?
Also, can mother have child adopted by new husband without the father signing the adoption papers to agree to it?

Yes, the parties can agree to waive arrears on child support. Also, can mother have child adopted by new husband without the father signing the adoption papers to agree to it? Not unless a court has already terminated the father's parental rights. Attorney Howard Iken Florida Divorce Attorneys
