Can my stepsons choosing me??

My husband and i having problems and that maybe end in divorce, my 2 stepsons want stay with me, they are 10 and 12 years old, soon to be 11 and 13, can they choose stay with me, i didnt adopted them, we live in florida, my husband are cheating on me, making the kids and my life very difficult, i file a complain on child abuse about 4 weeks ago, his abuse is mentally, physically and emotional threats, towards the kids and me, in case the divorce they can stay with me? I'm not legal yet, my legal process is runing and i dont have any prove of income, but the kids having their mothers desth benefits, hows my chances?

Your chances are slim. If there is child abuse and the court terminates his parental rights - that gives you a slight chance. That is unlikely.

Other than the above circumstance - in a divorce you have zero rights with respect to the children.
