if the father works two jobs, can his lawyers list the least paying income as his primary to pay less child support, or is it combined? also, what are the chances of him getting primary residence when mother has had it all this time, just because he has place of his own, a girlfriend with kids, and makes more money, also works alot?

Unfortunately working two jobs will have double the negative impact. Both increased child support and possible decreased parenting time.

It does not sound fair but that is the way it is.
