Mena Suvari filing for divorce

American Beauty actress Mena Suvari is reportedly filing for divorce from her husband of 18 months.
TMZ reports that Suvari, 32, has cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind the split from her concert producer husband Simone Sestito, 25. The couple married in 2010 at a private ceremony in the Vatican City.They do not have any children.
According to TMZ, the divorce papers, filed recently in LA, state that Suvari wants Sestito to be prevented from getting spousal support and she wants to be granted permission to change her name back from Suvari-Sestito to just Suvari. TMZ reports that the separation date is listed as 1 November 2011.
Mena Suvari was previously married to cinematographer Robert Brinkmann but they divorced in 2005 after they had been married for five years. Before marrying Sestito she told US Weekly magazine, “I love him. He's Italian and my family is part Greek, and it's all about family and culture.” The pair are understood to have met at the Toronto Film Festival in 2007, where she was promoting her film Stuck.
The actress has most recently worked on American Reunion, the fourth installment in the American Pie franchise, which is set to be released in April this year.
