Default Well, crud- typo on settlement agreement...

I realized today that I made a typo in my settlement agreement, and I'm hoping it won't cause an issue.
At the top, stbx & I are identified as me being wife/petitioner and he being husband/respondent and are identified that way in the rest of the document- except in the 1st paragraph. I typoed that my name would be herein after referred to as wife, *and* his name, herein after referred to as "wife." OOPS!!!! Since we are listed as who's husband and who's wife at the top, will that typo cause a problem?
I've already filed the document with the court.

I do not believe that will be a problem. The courts recognize types of errors called "scrivener's errors." Normally, the document will be interpreted according to the common sense meaning.

Chances are you will never experience a problem with the document. Of course, if you can get a corrected version filed, that would be good too.
