    Default about child support

My husband and I have been separated for 2 1/2 years now. He decided; based on my income and expenses ONLY, that $350.00 a month would be a sufficient child supporticon amount (never discussed his income or expenses, or lack there of). We have never filed for a divorce or any legal child support.
My question is... will this money be considered as an agreed amount of child support when we do file for the divorce; or even considered as child support at all?

child supporticon will be based on the proper guidelines - not what he decided to pay you.
