Full Cutody Question!!!

My ex hasnt seen our little girl (who is almost 21 months old) more than 3 times since we spilt up this past July and he has NEVER sent any money for her. Now all of a sudden he wants to get her for the weekends and my question is do i have to let him get her? He lives 2 hours away with his parents in a single wide and they have a pit bull that bit his cousins 1 year old little boy so i dont trust them. I really would just like to get full custody, i dont want his money, i have been supporting her all by myself for the past 9 months and i am doing just fine. What are the odds of me getting full custody of her? We were never married and i am sure he is the father, he's the only person i was with for 5 years! If the odds aren't good for me getting full custody what are the odds of me making sure he has suppervised visitation so i know that dog isnt hurting my little girl? The dog is VERY aggressive! I'm sorry this is so long but i just want to know all my options. Thanks.

The chances of cutting him out of the life of his child are slim to none. Sooner or later he will have time with the child.

Supervised visitation is frowned upon in general.
