can i recover child support that i paid for 13 years on a child that the mother knew wasnt mine but decided to decieve myself and the state of florida and say she was in order to get the state to help? she has admitted that she knew who the father was but she was afraid of what her family would say since she was married and decided to cheat on me while i was in another country serving in the marines. thanks steve

It is theoretically possible. But first you would have to disestablish paternity. That is a pretty difficult task. But it definitely is possible.
