I filed and WE both signed and turned our papers. I was told everything would be final in 4-6 weeks...(this was a week ago) my soon to be ex-husband decided to call me last night and tell me he is going to cancel our divorce here in FL and file in KY so he can get custody of our three yr. old. (He was recently discharged from the army for chapter 9 ASAP failure and has been diagnosed with more than two disorders...) Can he do that?
