HELP! Divorcing inmate.

My brother has asked me to assist him in his divorce to his wife who is serving 35 years in FL State C.I. We do not have much money and I thought I would do the divorce forms myself through an online program. Is this a bad idea and will the judge laugh and kick it out of court. I am trying to do this as cheap as possible without wasting money, as we don't have any to waste. He has no income and I am the only one working in my household. To beat it all I am in TN and he is in FL. Please help and advise.

I really cannot advise you to do that because it is the unlicensed practice of law and is a third degree felony in Florida.

People use the online forms all of the time and get the job done. They will not be kicked out of court.

I think I may have stated that incorrectly, I am not going to represent my brother in his divorce. I understand the consequences of doing so, I am just doing the forms for him. He will be the individual that goes to court.

His wife is incarcerated and we have no way of getting her SSN. Can he still file without it?
