    Default Worthless brother-in-law

    My sister can not afford a divorce at the present time. She and her 2 children have lived apart from him for nearly 4 years.My sister has a 10 acre farm in her name where her and the children live. Now to my question... he owes back taxes! Can the IRS take her land for his back taxes? She has filed separate tax returns and the IRS has kept her refunds the last 3 years!
