    Default Modification to Parenting Plan

    Good Day,
My divorce was recently finalized last month here in hillsborough county. I've been a resident of florida for 2 years and initially moved here solely for my husbands job. Now that we're divorced I would like to relocate back to NH with our children as my entire family/support system is there and had only relocated for my husbands job. I have updated the parentingicon plan to reflect the distance, pending my ex's approval.. what are the other steps I need to take (i.e.. just file with clerk new revised plan and that's it or ?) And second, if my ex refuses to sign.. what are my options? Court? How does the judgeicon decide? additional info: I'm currently not working and NO family support-up north, potential job with father and entire support for my girls and I.

    Thank you in advance,
    Danielle Bonner
