Default Relocation of a child placed in my custody

My Grandson was 4 months old when I was given custody or he was ajudicated to me by the Tampa court. He is now 5 years old. I'm with the US Army and have been relocated to Charleston, SC. . What do I need to do to legally move him here with me. Both his father (My Son) and his wife have been in and out of jail and on drugs for years. The court seperated them several years ago until the complete certain classes and a few other set rule or guild line which neither have done or completed. They have had 2 more children since and lied to the courts about them. He lives in Jacksonville the last I heard and the mother is somewhere around Brandon. They have visitaion right and use them a few times a month off and on. What do I have to do to make this move happen??

You have to do a notice of relocation and serve the parents. They have 30 days to answer.
