help i don't know where else to turn to. i have 2 kids i live in naples and the mother lives in orlando (for now anyways). the mother has changed address 5 times in 7 months. my children are going trough alot. she remarried a guy from pakinstan and has a baby with him, her and him are very cruel to my children they hit and punish my children the mother is not taking care of them. and i filed a report with dcf about my kids being neglected they are not getting any medical attention or any schooling both kids have a speech problem and are required help. my son had a urine infection for over 3 months and the mother never took him to get any help. i took him after 2 months when the courts order her to let me see my children. i took him to the ER. the dcf says that everything is fine and that there is nothing they can do...I'm going crazy i have lots of proofs showing she is a very unstable mother.. how can i make them believe me

If paternity is already established (through a paternity action or a divorce proceeding) then you can file a Motion for Enforcement/Contempt as to time sharing. If that has not already happened then you may need to file a Petition to address Time Sharing and these other issues. The information you provided does not give details as to the status of any court orders in effect currently. As for DCF, if they are not getting more involved, perhaps you can contact the local police to do a wellness check on the children. You can also consider filing a Domestic Violence Injunction on behalf of the children. That will give you an immediate response to the allegations of abuse.
