Child Support Modification
My ex husband and I have been divocrced for about 3 1/2 years now. We have 2 childrend together 9 and 6. Since the divorce he was ordered to pay 350.00 plus insurance plus daycare, which was figured at 350. He was having trouble paying this so to help him, my current husband put the kids on his insurance so their dad would not have to pay this (not through the court) Also,I have had another child and the children do not stay in daycare after school or in the summer because I no longer work. He first verbally agreed that he would still pay 350.00 to me in child care, but stopped. He has since stopped working as a teacher and finds money in owning summer camps (which he put in other peoples name so it does not look like he is working). He tells me he is not working so my question is "If we go back to court is it likely the child support
will get dropped to nothing?" My current husband is paying everything for these kids because 350 between 2 kids barely even covers their food for a month.

It is not likely. But the court may end up calculating support based on him earning minimum wage. The outcome will depend on the quality of your presentation (and evidence).
