The court won't issue an "answer" or "reply" that the clerk of court received a motion. Sometimes the judgeicon will issue an order based on a motion filed without a hearing but not in every case. You can check the clerk of court website for the county you reside in to see if the motion is clocked in as filed. Or you can contact the clerk of court and ask them if the motion was filed yet. If you receive no order on a motion then you can attempt to schedule a hearing on it.
