ok heres my situation ive been seperated from my husband of 20yrs married 10 for the past year since july 09. we have 3 children together 2 are over 18 now one is just turning 16. he recently took me to court for child supportwanting to get back support from july 2009 to current for both my youngest (she was 17 at the time). now i owe $5500 back support and hes gonna be getting $247 a month for my 16yo now!! i am only working less than 24hrs a week part time i can barley pay my bills and he wants child support?!! i never get to see my 16yo he takes her cell phone away and we have no visitation thru the courts either....and he is on ssi and gets money for my child also on his ssi...may i also state i have a DVI against him for trying to kill me twice in a year...am i entitled to anything in this? even seeing my child? does he deserve support?
