Default Increase of child support to out of state parent

I currently live out of state and need advice on how to handle a possible increase in child supporticon. I pay child support (450.00) a month for one child and I also pay all my taxes to go to any old back child support I owed. My ex wants to take me back to court to raise my child support because I cannot afford to give much more than what I do to cover any other expenses such as new glasses, dental visits, ect. I cannot afford an attorney nor do I even know how about doing it since I live up north. Could someone please help me with this. Thank you.

You may want to consider "limited services" from an attorney - such as a one time consult. The money spent will be small compared to the potential child supporticon owed.
