    Default Cohabitation and child support modification

    I am already divorced. My ex wants his child supporticon lowered because I live with the father of my youngest child. I was divorced 5 years ago and did not move in with this person and his daughter until 4 years ago. The home we live in is in my name.My ex is threatening me with the request of this gentleman's pay stubs for the last 4 years. His stand is that since we live together his child support should be lowered to reflect the additional income in the household. Does he have a leg to stand on?
