    Default Father moving and wants kids to switch schools each year!

    My ex and I divorced in 2009 and have 50/50 custody of our 2 children. He's moving to TX and his proposed custody arrangement involves him having the children in TX for 11.5months and then me having them here in FL for 11.5 months. They are both school age and this would involve them switching schools each year. I DO NOT think this is in their best interest. Does he have a snowballs chance in hell to have a judgeicon agree to this if he chooses to take this to court?
