    Default Post Child Support

MY ex is threatening me to take me to court to add child supporticon to be paid to her. We have joint shared legal custody, the child is with us 7 days each out of 14. I make approx. 59k pre tax...to 47k after tax. She makes on OWCP and SSDI 37k plus 3600 SSDI for the child. no taxes, so her total is 41k. We have been divorced over two years and now she has moved her other kid in with a grandchild and is claiming poor person. She drive a new Mercedes (2010) all of the money was given to her at final hearing and she was bought out. No child support or alimony since final. I pay for all medical and dental ($165.00mnthly) she pays nothing. I pay for everything; for all sports and dance classes. She pays nothing. I do realize that in the settlement agreement and parenting plan she is to pay half of everything but she does not. Does she have a case to take me back to court to add child support or not? I know it sounds silly but she has been clinically dianosed with three mental conditions, ergo SSDI, and she represents herself in court. The judgeicon hammered her the last 2 times I had her back in court. I just thought to always do the right thing for the child but she never stops bothering me or us. Kicker here is that I have the main house and she moved away with the child going to school in my district and nothing has change because of me being stable.

You should try out child supporticon Calculator to see if support would change. But any time support should be either $50 or 15% different, whichever is greater, either party has the right to file for modificationicon.
