Hi-briefly my husband had a brief (one night stand) with a girl while we were seperated last year-in March of 2010 she came to us and said she was having a baby in april and she was going to give him up for adoption she said my husband was the father-we offered to take the baby instead of him going up for adoption we took her to drs appointments, paid all of her living expenses for 6 weeks after birth because she had a c-section and could not work and now that the baby is 9 months old she is saying someone else is the father and she wants the baby back. My husband and I have bonded with the baby and he is bonded to us-do we have any rights? We want to keep him even if my husband is not the father. Please advise. Thank you.
