Default Alimony Laws in Seminol County Fl

I live in Tenn. and received a divorce 17 years ago from my wife in Seminole Co. I filed paperwork 3 years ago through a attorney in Florida to have the alimonyicon reduced or eliminated. My X-Wife is working and makes 50K plus and I'm 60 years old and unable to work due to health issues. My X-wifes attorney keeps requiring paperwork that is costing me thousands of additional dollars that I do not have. I'm told that is the normal process for my X-wife's attorney.

I have been paying her $50.00 to $100.00 a month while this is in progress. I'm now wondering if I continue to pay this amount will the Floirda courts ever try to come get me in TN if I continue to pay what I can pay and stop this process of trying to get a court date with her?

Sorry, but this is a strategy question you must discuss with your attorney. There may be significant consequences if you are delinquent on support.
