    Default interfering with visitations

If custodial parent keeps interfering with nonlocal visitations. I live in Naples and the other parent lives in orlando and the court order for the pick-up and drop-off of the children should be half way which is in sarasota in a sheriff's office. that is 200 miles from naples. transportation is very expensive. I have made serval motions for contempt against the other parent but it seems that the court is not doing much. I have ask the police to provide me with a police report of the incedents when the other parent fails to take the kids for visitations to sarasota and they refused. I want to ask the court to order the other parent to provide all transportation since the other parent keeps interfering with visitations and decides not to meet half way... what options do i have? please help

Make sure you have good documentation of the incidents. The police will never get involved.

Have a witness. Buy something at the pickup point and keep a receipt with the date and time.

I am not sure what is going on - but courts will normally always enforce a judgment. I suspect you are making some procedural errors with your enforcement attempts.

Motion for Contempt and a hearing is the manner to enforce the last judgment.
