    Default Does he leave or do we?

    Just wanting to ask a question before I figure out how to find a divorce lawyer....
    If I am on unemployment and a full time student and Im the one being the parent to our 2 kids. Cooking, cleaning, homework, doctors, taking to school picking up from school, baths you know EVERYTHING! When we seperate does he have to continue paying for us to live and leave or do we have to find somewhere to go? (Been married 6 years, together 9)

    You can request the court to order temporary or bridge-the-gap alimonyicon to assist you with the moving/living expenses and you will request for child supporticon.
