what am I entitled to in the divorce?

I have been with my husband for 7 years and married for a little over 1. he makes over 3x the amount of money i do. we don't have children and we're renting a house that i am not on the lease of. he has 2 vehicles and a boat in his name. 1 vehicle and th eboat were acquired during our actual marriage. we have a 3 bedroom house full of brand new house hold items of which i would like some of. also i had family heirlooms that were glass, which he destroyed. he has my engagment ring, which he wont give back. and all my other jewlery (real and costume). he has sent several text threatening to try and have me fired- i havent filed any reports.
Am I entitled to any sort of alimony to get on my feet? I am entitled to any of the house hold items or vehicles/boats even though my name isnt on them? and how do i get any household items?

In a one year marriage alimony is unlikely.

If you are still there, back in a UHaul and pick up everything that is yours. Put it in a self storage unit while you work out the rest of your situation.
