    Default Visitation, child support issues

in July 2007 I left the family home to move back to NY where myself and my ex were married and resided for about 10 years, due to concerns regarding my eldest daughter from previous relationship and a better employment opportunity. my ex filed for divorce without my knowledge and i later found that it was finalized?? I have been paying her support consistantly since leaving the household on the amount agreed to by us, as well as necessities as requested since. The problem is now that my situation is stable my ex refuses to allow my children to visit me in NY, citing summer school and my sons astha (which i feel would improve) also I have found that she is on state medicad after my offers to place the children on my coverage were declined by her. I was recently served with a child supporticon modificationicon, which i intend to oblige, while at the same time adress the difficulties i am having with her regarding timesharing. Where do I start in sorting out this mess.

You need to get a copy of your final judgment for divorce. See if it gives you any parentingicon rights. If so, you can reopen the case for an enforcement hearing. If not, you need to file for modificationicon.
