    Default Dual Marine Corps Divorce

My husband and I are both in the Marine Corps and are not nor have not lived together since we were married. We have been married less than 6 months and we both agree that it just isnt right. He is from Georgia and me from Florida. We were married in Florida. I am in Okinawa, Japan right now and he is in Afghanistan. What do I have to do to get the divorce done as quick and easy as possible. We both want this done ASAP.

Depending on the judgeicon, you may have to attend a final hearing in Florida. That could be timed for your next leave. The two of you can sign all the required documents by fedex and file a case while you are still overseas. The final hearing would be only 10 minutes long.
