While I am sure you can sue a state agency, I doubt it would be worth the money you would spend.
You can always hire private legal counsel to get things done the way you want.
The FL DOR stopped paying me child support/alimony
on their own, caused me financial problems, even said ex was paid ahead by a fe thousand dollars and he WASN'T....I was to be paid until my son graduated HS,8 months later..I had to get a letter from the school to reopen the case...All the facts were in the MSA...Who are they to stop things on their own????....They caused me financial problems..Can I sue them for what I will have to pay an attorney and court costs for the MOC I am going to have to pay to get the problem taken care of????I should not have to make sure the court system do what is right. If it had been the other way around I would be paying out the ying-yang....Thanks for any insight....I really want to sue them if possible.....
