If a party does not provide financial info, the court can treat them as if they earn at the US median income rate. This rule is contained in Chap 61 of the statutes.
I am the Pro Se Petitioner. The order for Final Judgment was made in May for Sept 01. The Respondent who is Pro Se as well, did not show for the Case Management when the order for Final Judgment was made, and was ordered to submit the Financial Affidavit and parentingCourse certificate within 30 days. I have not been able to complete the child support
documents due to the lack of the Respondant's financial information. Will the final judgment not include child support due to my not filing? Will the lack of this required documentation hold up the Final Judgment?
The judgedid ask if attempts at an agreement were made to which I responded, yes and will provide email documentation showing the numerous attempts without a response as far as an agreement... (If that helps)
Thank you in advance,
Meg
