    Default State Enforcement failing

My children's father is in arrears for over 14K. We went to court in Feb - he made one small payment in March and none since. His DL was revoked in May. (Which he of course ignores and continues to drive.) I continue to call the Revenue department but am only told that the 'local office' is still reviewing for further actions.

Is there ANY course of escalation when the state's enforcement seems to have come to a standstill?

    Thanks!!!

There is - but you would have to take over the case yourself or hire a private attorney. He can be sent to jail unless he pays.
