    Default wife has criminal record with drugs and theft

    I am still married and have parental custodianship of my 6 year old daughter. My wife has been arrested multiple times for drugs and has an open warrant for arrest in another state. I want to divorce her and want primary custody of our daughter. What are my chances of getting it. I have a good job, and a clean record.
